By accessing this website or booking a session with Every Mind Matters ("EMM", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
EMM provides counselling, coaching, mindfulness, wellness, and related services delivered by licensed and qualified professionals, available online and in person. Details of individual services are described on our Services page.
Our services are not intended for mental health emergencies or crisis situations. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please call your local emergency services number or go to your nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
Appointments booked through our website are requests and are confirmed by our team. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Where online booking is offered, you choose an available time and pay in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) through PayHere. Your session is confirmed once payment succeeds. The time you select is held for 10 minutes while you pay. Refund and rescheduling terms for paid sessions will be confirmed by our team; please contact us if you need to change a booking.
